GALT Central Texas is requesting pictures of your Greyhounds for the GALT Central Texas Greyhound Calendar. When submitting your photograph, please understand the following rules:
- You must be a member, adopted from or fostered for GALT Central Texas.
- Only five (5) pictures per dog allowed. If more than five (5) pictures are submitted, only the last five (5), based on time submitted, will be reviewed.
- Photos MUST be in a horizontal/landscape format.
- Photos MUST not be altered. Please upload originals only.
- Photos MUST have a size of 2,000 bytes or larger. If this is not possible, upload the photo and we will try our best to use it.
- Photos with humans will NOT be used.
- One photo per submission only. Use multiple submissions for multiple photos.
- Deadline for submitting photographs is midnight, on the end date listed above.
- By performing the act of uploading your image(s), you are agreeing that you own the photo or have a written release by the owner of the photo to allow GALT Central Texas to use the image(s) for the Calendar, social media, advertising and all other uses as deemed appropriate by the GALT Central Texas Board of Directors. Releases must be sent to the email address below prior to your photo being accepted.
If you mistype anything in the submission form, or would like a previous submission removed, please send your request to mark@galtx-centex.org.
Waiver of Liability
By performing the act of uploading your image(s), you are agreeing to NOT hold GALT Central Texas liable and GALT Central Texas shall be saved and held harmless from and against any and all claims and damages of every kind, for injury to any person or persons, and for damage to or loss of property arising out of or attributed to, directly or indirectly, the operations or performance of GALT Central Texas
and any of its agents, including claims and damages arising in whole or in part from the
negligence of GALT Central Texas. You hereby release GALT Central Texas and all of its Board Members, Officers, Fosters and Volunteers, and any other agents or representatives from any and all responsibility with regard to the use of the uploaded image(s), which you undertake voluntarily and with full knowledge of the above release and its implications. You do hereby release GALT Central Texas and all of its Board Members, Officers, Fosters, Volunteers, and any other agents or representatives from any and all liability, claims, suits, obligations, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or relating in any way to the use the, or any, of the uploaded image(s).
